With more than a decade in hospitality, we’ve spent our careers building spaces where people feel welcomed, cared for, and connected. From the kitchen line to the front-of-house, from late-night problem solving to leading full teams, we’ve experienced every corner of this industry firsthand — and we bring all of that experience into the work we do today.

Rudy’s background in culinary arts and kitchen leadership blends seamlessly with Amie’s experience in front-of-house management, guest experience, and operational flow. Together, we understand how the smallest details — the systems behind the scenes, the way a team communicates, the warmth a guest feels the moment they walk in — shape the entire business.

We created The Table Collective to support food-truck owners, pop-ups, and small restaurants who want more than quick fixes. We believe in building strong foundations, thoughtful systems, and guest-centered experiences that feel consistent, intentional, and true to your vision.
